Project studies
How the work played out
Each study follows the same path: the initial problem, the strategic action we took, and the outcome we observed. Figures are shown only where they were verified.
Link building
Outreach quality over volume
Problem: a site had strong content but few referring domains from relevant publications. Action: we rebuilt the outreach list around editorial fit and rewrote each pitch to reference the specific page being recommended. Outcome: the campaign produced a smaller number of placements, each tied to a topic the site already covered.
Google Ads
Restructuring an account for clearer intent
Problem: a broad campaign spent heavily on search terms unrelated to the offer. Action: we split campaigns by service line, added negative keyword lists, and tightened ad groups around the terms buyers actually used. Outcome: spend moved toward queries that matched the service, with the reporting explaining each change.
Organic search
Working from the page outward
Problem: key service pages competed with overlapping blog posts for the same terms. Action: we mapped each target query to one primary page, consolidated the overlap, and improved internal links to the page meant to rank. Outcome: the site gained a clearer structure, and the rankings changes were reviewed against the original goals rather than promised in advance.
